All cancellations, refunds, no-shows, and rescheduling requests are governed by the official GLAAMS Cancellation Policy.
8. Provider Obligations
Providers are responsible for maintaining all required licenses, certifications, insurance, hygiene standards, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate booking details, ensure safe access to appointment locations, maintain respectful behavior, and disclose relevant health information where necessary.
10. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not engage in harassment, abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, fake reviews, discrimination, unauthorized solicitation, scraping, hacking, or misuse of the platform.
11. Liability Disclaimer
GLAAMS does not guarantee the quality, suitability, legality, or outcome of services provided by independent providers and shall not be liable for injuries, allergic reactions, dissatisfaction, or disputes arising from services.
12. Suspension and Termination
GLAAMS reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud, abuse, safety concerns, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its users.
