These Safety & Community Standards form part of the GLAAMS Terms of Service and apply to every Client, Provider and visitor using the Platform.
1. Respectful Conduct
All users must treat each other respectfully and professionally. Harassment, bullying, threats, abusive language and intimidation are prohibited.
2. Zero-Tolerance Policy
GLAAMS has zero tolerance for violence, sexual harassment, stalking, hate speech, coercion, illegal activity, discrimination and conduct that endangers another person.
3. Provider Safety
Providers may refuse or terminate a booking if they believe the environment is unsafe, the Client is aggressive, intoxicated or behaves inappropriately. The booking may be treated as completed without refund.
4. Client Safety
Providers must maintain professional behaviour, comply with hygiene standards, respect privacy and never harass or discriminate against Clients.
5. Safe Appointment Environment
Clients must provide safe access, a clean and reasonably smoke-free environment, secure pets and disclose health conditions relevant to the service.
6. Recording & Photography
Recording Providers without consent is prohibited. Providers may not photograph or record Clients or their property without consent except where legally required.
7. Off-Platform Conduct
Users must not solicit off-platform payments or bookings in violation of Platform policies.
8. Reporting Incidents
Safety concerns, fraud, harassment or misconduct should be reported immediately. In emergencies users should first contact local emergency services.
9. Account Suspension
GLAAMS may suspend or permanently terminate accounts for fraud, harassment, discrimination, fake bookings, repeated violations or safety risks.
10. Investigations
GLAAMS may investigate complaints, request evidence, suspend accounts during investigations and cooperate with authorities.
11. Background Checks & Provider Verification
GLAAMS may verify Provider identity, qualifications, licences, certifications, insurance and right-to-work documentation before or during use of the Platform.
12. Insurance Requirements
Providers are responsible for maintaining any legally required or industry-standard insurance. Proof of insurance may be requested.
13. Child & Vulnerable Person Safety
Where services involve minors or vulnerable adults, Providers must comply with applicable law and exercise appropriate professional care. Required parental or guardian consent must be obtained.
14. Anti-Fraud Policy
GLAAMS actively monitors fake accounts, chargeback abuse, stolen payment methods, false reviews, booking manipulation and attempts to bypass the Platform. Accounts may be suspended immediately.
15. Non-Discrimination Policy
GLAAMS is committed to equal treatment regardless of race, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability or other protected characteristics.
16. Health & Infection Control Policy
Providers must follow recognised hygiene and sanitation practices, use disinfected equipment and may refuse or reschedule appointments if a Client presents symptoms of a contagious illness.
17. Policy Updates
GLAAMS may amend these Standards at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
